This background allows him to approach depression differently from many traditional psychiatric practices. Instead of focusing only on medication adjustments, he considers the broader health factors that influence mood and mental clarity.

With experience across inpatient psychiatry, home health, assisted living, and private practice, Jonathan brings a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to patient care. His goal is to help patients understand what’s happening in their bodies and develop a treatment plan that supports both mental and physical well-being.

Each session lasts one hour, conducted on Simple Practice and is tailored to your needs.

The initial session is 75-90 minutes to assess your unique challenges and goals.
