Does my provider accept insurance?

Yes, Jonathan is in-network with the current insurance plans: Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, and United Healthcare.

What is the cost if I don't have insurance?

$250.00 for a 60-90 minute evaluation
$150.00 for a 30-45 minute follow-up appointment

***Additional fees such as paperwork completion or collaborating with pharmacies for prior authorizations for prescriptions may apply based on time.

How often will I be expected to be seen by my provider?

The provider will discuss your individualized treatment plan with you at the time of your initial appointment. The frequency of appointments are based on a case-by-case basis and would depend on the condition being treated, so it often difficult to predict how often.

Are phone consultations offered?

Yes. Your provider will be happy to speak with you prior to scheduling an appointment for a 10-15 minute consult. That can ensure that you are not only comfortable to move forward with treatment, but also to ensure that the needs that you are seeking can be met/are appropriate for A Brighter Day Healthcare. Some patients may require a higher level of care and we will discuss your options.

How do virtual appointments work?

Virtual appointments can be held on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. A good wi-fi connection is needed for a successful appointment.
